Administrative Unit Reviews

Like many universities, Notre Dame has long engaged in a cyclical review process for its academic units. An increasing number of universities are extending a version of this process to their administrative units as well.  Beginning in Spring 2012, our office, partnering with the Executive Vice President’s Office, began conducting reviews of its administrative units here at Notre Dame. The units complete a self-assessment and engage with external experts to identify areas in which they are excelling, areas in which they might make improvements, and areas that have the potential for innovation.
